Click EDIT button
Create a new chapter.
Give the chapter the new name.
Edit your chapter
Copy your paper in Wordpad.
Copy the text from the wordpad in this window.
Save.
Your paper is part of the book :)
There has been error in communication with Booktype server. Not sure right now where is the problem.
